Where you will build confidence, make friends and finally enjoy fitness.
The Beginner Boost program officially starts on 12th January to ensure you get the full benefit of our guided sessions please set your start date accordingly.
All sessions and access to the program will be scheduled from this date, so you’ll be joining a supportive group of women starting their journey together!
WhatsApp and fitness app access will be granted on sign up.
Please note: spaces are limited, and bookings are secured on a first-come, first-served basis. No refunds after the program start date.
