
Our Classes
Our classes are women-only, on purpose. The Barbelle Club is a space where you can lift heavy, move boldly, laugh loudly, and show up exactly as you are, no judgement, no intimidation, no performative gym nonsense. Expect strong bodies, supportive vibes, and sessions that feel empowering, a little cheeky, and genuinely fun. We train hard, hype each other up, and leave feeling more confident than when we walked in.
Group PT

Our signature sessions. Small-group strength training with proper coaching and personally tailored workouts. You’ll lift, sweat, rest, laugh, and leave feeling accomplished, not destroyed. Perfect if you want structure, progress, and a room full of women quietly cheering you on.
Show Girl

This high-energy, feel-good workout that lets you move with confidence and a bit of style. Showgirl is about strength, sass, and showing up unapologetically. Come for the workout, stay for the vibe, leave feeling like you could conquer the world (or at least strut to your car). Coordination not required!
Beginner Boost

New to working out? Coming back after a break? Beginner Boost is your safe, supportive on-ramp into strength training. We slow things down, focus on solid technique, and build confidence session by session. No pressure, no ego, just you getting stronger than you thought you could.
Empower Hour

This is where strength and cardio meets self-belief. Empower Hour blends purposeful training with a calm, confident pace that lets you really feel what your body can do. It’s grounding, uplifting, and ideal if you want to move with intention while still getting strong. This session is a circuit style class.
Barbelle Booty Burn

Glutes front and centre. Booty Burn is a lower-body focused strength session designed to build strong legs, powerful hips, and serious confidence. Expect hip thrusts, squats, lunges, and that oh hello glute burn. Challenging, fun, and extremely satisfying.
Strength and Tone

A full-body strength session that balances lifting, conditioning, and feel-good movement. Strength & Tone is about building muscle, improving stamina, and leaving feeling worked but not wiped out. It’s approachable, effective, and perfect if you want a solid, uplifting workout that fits into real life.
Fit&Flow

A softer strength session that blends Yoga, Pilates, and Ballet. Fit & Flow is designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and reconnect with your body without rushing or pushing for “more.” Expect flowing sequences, strength through range, and a calm-but-capable energy that leaves you feeling grounded, open, and quietly powerful.
Saturday Sweat Club

Good vibes, great sweat! Revitalise your Saturday morning and get the weekend started right.
Saturday Sweat Club is a fun, energising, cardio-focused session designed to help you move, sweat and feel amazing at the start of your weekend.
Perfect for all fitness levels, this 45-minute class blends feel-good cardio, conditioning and uplifting community energy in a welcoming environment.
Whether you’re building confidence, boosting your fitness or simply want to start your Saturday on a high, this class is for you.

Weekend Warriors

Kickstart your weekend with our toughest Saturday session.
Weekend Warriors is a high-energy, advanced group training class designed for members who want to challenge themselves, push their limits and train hard in a motivating team environment.
Expect a mix of strength, cardio and conditioning, with partner work, circuits and powerful weekend energy to get you moving.
This session is scalable but best suited to members who are confident with gym-based movements and ready to work.
