A lifelong fitness enthusiast (but never a natural!), I turned my struggles into a passion for helping others. From overcoming self-doubt in dance class to discovering the science of movement in GCSE PE, my journey led me to support women and the LGBTQIA+ community in building strength and confidence.
After motherhood reignited my love for fitness, I pursued Sports Science and transformed my own health—going from exhaustion after baby number four to tackling 100km challenges. Now, through The Barbelle Club, I empower others to embrace fitness with balance, joy, and self-belief.
