This February, we're bringing together the most incredible women in fitness, wellness, and empowerment for a weekend that's about so much more than just working out.
The Barbelle Galentines is a reset button for your body AND your mind. It's two days of training, learning, laughing, sweating, and connecting with a community of women who get it. Women who refuse to hate their bodies into change. Women who want strength without punishment. Women who are ready to feel powerful, confident, and unapologetically themselves.
