👑 Powerlifting Girls — FAQs

Q: What’s included in the Powerlifting Girls membership?
A: You’ll get 1 shared session each week (with women chasing the same big goals as you) plus a monthly 1:1 with me to really dial in your form, focus, and progress.

Q: Who is it for?
A: This is for the extra juicy queens — the women who want to master their lifts, get strong AF, and have the best of both group vibes and 1:1 attention.

​

Q: Do I need to compete in powerlifting to join?
A: Nope! This isn’t about stepping on a platform (unless you want to). It’s about getting seriously strong and loving the process.

​

Q: How is this different from The Strength Club?
A: The Strength Club is small-group training. Powerlifting Girls goes further — you get that group fire and your own monthly 1:1 to keep your lifting sharp and personal.

​

Q: How much is it?
A: £200/month, with a minimum 3-month commitment. Think of it as your “VIP fast lane” to strength goals.

​

Q: What happens in the 1:1 sessions?
A: That’s your dedicated time — we’ll break down technique, set big goals, track progress, and keep you moving forward.

​

Q: Can I switch between tiers?
A: Yep! If you want to scale up or down depending on your goals, we’ll make it work, you just need to give 30 days notice on what you want to do.
