Welcome to The Barbelle Club! By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Order Processing & Production

All merchandise is made to order, meaning each item is created specifically for you. Because of this, processing times may vary, and orders cannot be changed once production has started.

2. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 14 business days. Delivery times vary based on location and courier services. The Barbelle Club is not responsible for shipping delays once the order has been dispatched.

3. Pricing & Payments

Prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed securely at checkout.

4. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, production begins, and cancellations are no longer possible.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

• The item arrives damaged or defective.

• There is an error on our part (wrong item, misprint, etc.).

If you experience an issue, please contact us at burbidgefitness@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and details. We will review the case and provide a solution (replacement or refund).
