Q: Do I have to be “advanced” to join?
A: Nope! You just need to already enjoy lifting and want to push further. If you’ve built confidence in SISL (Strength in Self Love) and are ready to chase PBs, you’ll fit right in.
Q: How many people are in each session?
A: Just 4 women. It’s intimate, focused, and gives you more attention than a big group — but still has the fun energy.
Q: What’s the difference between SISL and The Strength Club?
A: SISL builds your foundation and confidence. The Strength Club is where you get to play bigger — more barbell time, more attention, and the space to really push numbers.
Q: How long are sessions?
A: 45 minutes of pure, focused lifting — no fluff, just gains.
Q: Do I lose access to SISL if I join The Strength Club?
A: Nope, you keep all your SISL perks and all included in your Strength Club membership price — unlimited classes, app, coaching support — and add the extra Strength Club sessions on top.
Q: What’s the commitment?
A: Minimum of 3 months. That’s long enough for us to push PBs and see real progress.
Q: How much is it?
A: £150/month, or you can lock in 6 months upfront for £850.
