In person The Barbelle Club offers classes including Group PT and Fit&Flow. You can pick and mix your sessions to fill your week full of fun fitness.

The Barbelle Club also offers 1:1 Personal Training at the studio. These sessions are completely tailored to you and your goals making it easier than ever to overcome your fitness woes!

 

Online Personal Training with the Barbelle Club is perfect for the people who are unable to make it to the studio but dream of walking onto the gym floor feeling confident and strong enough to take on any challenge!
